Where most agents get stuck

1ProducingThe business runs, but it runs on your hours.
2OverloadedMore volume, same calendar, nothing left to give.
3First hireYou know you need help. You don't know who, or how to pay for it.
4LeadingPeople to develop, numbers to protect, standards to hold.

Two starting points, one method

The work looks different depending on whether you are building a team or already leading one. Pick the one that sounds like you.

Get the goal out of your head

A three-year picture of the team, a 12-month target with numbers attached, and milestones you can actually check against.

Find the hours before you find the hire

Audit where the week goes, protect the work only you can do, and see which role would give you the most time back.

Build a pipeline you can hand off

A prospecting plan with weekly activity numbers, so growth does not depend on how you felt that month.

Know what the first hire costs

Splits, lead costs and break-even, modeled before you make an offer rather than after.

Eight weeks, in order

Each session builds on the last. You leave every week with commitments in your own words and a date on each one. You can stop at any time.

Week 1Vision and goalsThe three-year picture, turned into SMART goals with numbers and dates.
Week 2Reverse engineeringMilestones worked backwards to this week, and a calendar built around them.
Week 3PipelineWhere business actually comes from, and a prospecting plan you can repeat.
Week 4Structure and first hireThe org chart, the role to fill first, and a midpoint review of your goals.
Week 5Recruiting and negotiationThe conversations rehearsed before you have them for real.
Week 6Team economicsSplits, lead costs and the number the team must hit to pay for itself.
Week 7Systems and riskOnboarding, accountability and the three things most likely to stall growth.
Week 8Review and roadmapWhat changed, what did not, and the next twelve months planned out.

What you keep afterwards

The eight weeks end. The tools do not.

A goals worksheet you signed

Specific, measurable and dated, with a commitment statement in your handwriting.

A weekly journal

Goals, what got done, what got in the way and what changes next week.

An accountability scorecard

The three or four numbers that drive your business, tracked week over week.

A financial model

Team budget, splits and cash flow, with your break-even in black and white.

An onboarding checklist

So the next person you bring on gets the same start as the last one.

A twelve-month roadmap

Quarterly milestones and a personal development plan for the year ahead.

How the coaching runs

Ninety minutes a week

Same time each week, in person or by video. We open by reviewing last week's commitments and your numbers.

Work between sessions

Three or four commitments, written in your words with a date attached. Your journal keeps them in front of you.

Reviewed twice

At week four and week eight we measure what happened against the goals you set on day one, and adjust.

Most agents don't have a motivation problem. They have a plan problem.

I've spent more than eight years across real estate brokerage operations, private lending and growth marketing which means I've seen the business from the agent's side, the brokerage's side and the money's side.

What I kept noticing was the same thing. Agents who were good at the job were guessing at the business. No pipeline they could measure, no idea what a hire would cost them, and a calendar that belonged to everyone else. The ones who broke through weren't working harder. They had a plan with numbers on it.

So that's what I coach. I bring the systems side, CRM and follow-up that actually runs, lead sources tracked to the dollar, funnels and KPIs that tell you where business is leaking and put it to work on your book of business, not a theory. I've doubled inbound conversion rates, built automated borrower pipelines and run full-funnel campaigns; the same thinking applies whether you're chasing sixteen deals a year or building a team to close sixty.

I also invest in real estate myself, so I'm not coaching from the sidelines. I work with agents across Northeast Ohio in person, and anywhere else by video.

Questions people ask first

What does the program cost?

Every plan is built to scope, so there is no single price on a page. What you pay depends on how long we work together, how much gets built specifically for your business, and whether the coaching covers you alone or your team as well. We agree the number together on the discovery call, before anything is signed, and payment plans are available across the engagement.

What if it isn't working for me?

You can stop at any time. No notice period and no penalty; you settle up for the sessions already delivered and we part on good terms. I would rather you tell me in week three than sit through five more sessions you have stopped getting anything from.

Do I need to already have a team?

No. Roughly half the work is for agents building toward a first hire, and half is for leaders who already have people and need the systems and numbers to support them.

What happens on a discovery call?

Thirty minutes. You talk about where your business is and where you want it to go, and I explain how the eight weeks would be built around that. No preparation needed, and no obligation at the end of it.

How much work is there between sessions?

Three or four commitments a week, plus about ten minutes in the journal. The commitments are things you were going to have to do anyway, done on a date instead of someday.

Can we keep going after eight weeks?

Many clients do, under a separate agreement. The eighth session ends with a twelve-month roadmap, so continuing is a choice rather than a default.

Are results guaranteed?

No, and be careful of anyone who says otherwise. What is guaranteed is the structure, the honesty and the tools. What you produce with them depends on your effort, your decisions and your market.

What you are actually buying

Not eight conversations. A business that holds together when you are not in the room.

The return Your time back

Hours returned to the work only you can do, a pipeline that does not depend on how you felt that month, and the confidence to hire without guessing at the cost.

Built for your business, not a template

Every plan is scoped to where you are and what you are trying to build. How long we work together, how much gets built specifically for you, and whether the coaching covers you alone or your team as well — all of it is agreed together on the discovery call, before anything is signed.

You are not locked in

If it stops being worth it, you stop. No notice period, no penalty, and you settle only for the sessions already delivered. Payment plans are available across the engagement.
